Our due-diligence process on all projects we are asked to represent ensures that our customer sales are meaningful and fruitful in terms
of day to day operation and customer success and satisfaction which is our PRIMARY goal. Every project we promote is visited by one
of the principals of the company along with a selected sales expert for that region, so the cultural expectations are understood in all aspects of the buying and selling process as well as a first hand direct and honest assessment of the local area is undertaken.

We are able to prepare all our international customers fully on each development, aligning their expectations to ensure before they engage in any negotiations that they understand the key benefits of the developer’s project and the local area where it resides.  This will cover mortgage, insurance, legal and financial aspects of the purchase, but also things like the normal currency rates of exchange to local information about  shopping and the expected living expenses.
