They work directly with developers and customers to create furniture packages that enhance the project and give a particular development/residence the personality that the customers and developers desire. Gringo Furniture can supply furniture, soft goods,
case goods, appliances, kitchen packages, linen packages, design accessories and window treatments.
All furniture designs are according to the specifications provided by each development. Gringo Furniture’s goal is to make the packages easy for you to select from, easy to install and easy to maintain. Their mission is to exceed the customer expectations in quality,
durability, price and service. Their experienced, bilingual, professional staff is available to help, whether you are located domestically
or internationally. Personalized furniture package for each customer will arrive complete and ready to set up. There will be crews on the ground to complete the homes therefore enhancing the customer experience and improving the sense of arrival with a fully furnished house when the key
is turned for the first time. They have staff to work with each customer individually and will also work within floor plans to make sure all furniture fits into each unit. Customers will be able to pick and choose furnishings from any of the styles. Therefore, if you like the sofa from one package but the dining table in another they will do it. It is all about making the customers vision a reality.
The lead time for delivery will be around 8-12 weeks. Gringo Furniture will liaise with the developer and their build schedules on your behalf to ensure a seamless fulfilment. On the odd occasions a developer time table slips, the local team will address to rescheduling,
so there will be nothing to worry about from the customer aspect, it will all be co-ordinated to ensure your hand over date is achieved
with furniture installed, cleaned and dressed.
